Lisa Harvie Hellam is a real estate professional who brings a lifelong passion for design, community, and transformation to every client experience — helping people find and reimagine their dream homes.
Lisa is a self-made entrepreneur with a creative soul. She launched a successful salon in 2005 and built a product line that reflects her commitment to individuality, quality, and style.
Lisa’s creative talents extend beyond the salon. She has leveraged her love of landscape architecture and interior design to renovate several of her own homes and guide others to bring their spaces to life.
Lisa has partnered with her identical twin sister, DeAnn Harvie Kennedy, to form a comprehensive design and home buying/selling business. Together they combine artistic vision, collaboration, and heart to help clients find — or reimagine — their dream homes.
Lisa was raised locally and currently lives in the Lamorinda area with her husband and their daughter. She is passionate about helping others become a part of the community she proudly calls home.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, we’re identical twins who have always shared more than just DNA—we share a deep love for real estate, design, and connecting people with the perfect home. With Lisa in Moraga and DeAnn in Montclair (Oakland Hills), we’re just a stone’s throw away from each other—perfect for our Friday night family dinners (if not more!). Our daughters are best friends, our husbands joke that they have two wives, and our partnership in real estate is built on that same sense of family, trust, and collaboration.
