About Lisa

Lisa is a dedicated real estate professional who loves helping her clients navigate the exciting and sometimes complex world of buying and selling homes. Lisa is a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, serving clients across the greater Charlotte region and surrounding communities, especially the Union County area. Originally from a small town in the mountains of western North Carolina, Lisa moved to Charlotte to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated in 1989. Like so many others, she quickly fell in love with the city's energy, growth, and opportunities—and never left!

After working in sales and marketing for a few Fortune 500 companies early in her career, Lisa followed her passion for people and property into real estate in 1999. In 2001, she founded Holden Realty with a vision to offer personalized, relationship-driven real estate guidance and built her business on the values of integrity, responsiveness, and exceptional client care. In 2026, Lisa and her team joined Compass to leverage the company's cutting-edge technology, innovative marketing tools, and national network—providing an even greater advantage and elevated experience for her clients.

Whether it's helping first-time buyers find their perfect home, guiding families through life transitions, or supporting investors with strategic property decisions, Lisa brings a calm, informed, and client-first approach to every transaction. Her deep knowledge of the Charlotte market allows her to provide insights that help her clients make confident decisions. Over the years, Lisa has had the privilege of helping hundreds of families buy and sell homes, many of whom return again and again or refer their friends and family. Building lasting relationships is the cornerstone of Lisa's business—she understands that buying or selling a home is a major life event, and she strives to make the experience as smooth, transparent, and rewarding as possible.

Lisa works with both buyers and sellers and has specialized training as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and also has professional staging expertise. Each year, Lisa helps 20–30 families navigate their real estate journeys and treats every transaction as if it were her own.

When Lisa isn't working with clients, she loves spending time with her husband Todd and daughter Lacey. They are proud members of First Baptist Church of Indian Trail and enjoy being active in the community that has blessed them so much over the years.
