Lisa Kissinger is a real estate broker with RISE Group | Compass, serving Seattle, the Eastside, and communities north of Seattle, including Lake Forest Park, Shoreline, Kenmore, and Edmonds. She believes buying or selling a home should feel guided, thoughtful, and as stress-free as possible. For sellers, Lisa takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach to preparing and positioning homes for the market. She helps clients decide which improvements are worth making, develops pricing strategies informed by current market conditions, and coordinates trusted professionals for repairs, updates, staging, and other preparation. When a move involves additional logistics, she can also connect clients with organizers, estate-sale professionals, and move managers. Her goal is to create a plan that makes sense for each client's priorities, budget, and timeline.

Lisa lives in Lake Forest Park with her husband, JJ, and their two children, Jane and Leo. Outside of work, she loves getting outside in the PNW, traveling, and faithfully upholding her family's Friday night pizza tradition (non-negotiable).
