Lisa gets things done! With her intelligence, indomitable work ethic and remarkable organizational skills she is a creative problem solver who excels at taking on the most challenging tasks and accomplishing goals for her team and clients.

Lisa joined Team Wilding Woods as Chief Operations Officer with over two decades of leadership and financial expertise. She has successfully managed complex financial operations, executed high-value transactions, and led diverse teams across a range of industries, including education, nonprofits, and corporate finance at a Fortune 500 company. From managing multimillion-dollar budgets and financial vehicles to leading strategic initiatives, Lisa has consistently delivered impactful results by combining financial acumen with a collaborative leadership style. She now brings all of those skills to bear for Team Wilding Woods, handling all of the often complex and demanding details of a transaction with adeptness and care.

Lisa grew up in Virginia and earned her B.A. and M.B.A. from The College of William and Mary. She moved to New York and has made her home with her family in Brooklyn Heights for over 28 years where she has been actively involved in many community organizations and non-profits including her children’s schools, sports teams, church, and The Brooklyn Women’s Exchange among others. She loves being active in the neighborhood and you may find Lisa playing soccer under the lights at Pier 5, walking her dog Spike, or trying new shops and restaurants with family and friends.
