As a mom of two, Lisa Lopatin knows firsthand how much a home, neighborhood, and
community shape everyday life. After relocating her family from Chicago to Florida, Lisa
and her family bought and sold several homes, navigated new construction, and took on
plenty of design projects of their own.
Lisa also understands what it feels like to build a life in a new place. She knows that
finding the right home is only part of the equation. The schools, commute, restaurants,
kids’ activities, workout spots, and all the little details that make everyday life easier
matter just as much. Having experienced that transition herself, Lisa understands the
value of having someone who can help make a new community feel like home.
After 10 years in education and earning her master’s degree, Lisa brings a thoughtful,
personal approach to real estate. She listens closely, asks the right questions, and
educates her clients so they can make confident decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
