Lisa Marvel-Tull

Lisa Marvel-Tull has resided in the McCormick Ranch area of Scottsdale since 1979, where she moved with her family from Fargo, ND. Growing up she spent her summers in Detroit Lakes, MN and continues this long-standing tradition with her family when they need to escape the Arizona heat. Lisa has three children and along with her husband Dennis they call Scottsdale home. Lisa stays busy between biking and hiking with her family, playing golf, and participating as a board member for the Phoenix Children's Hospital Beach Ball.

Lisa attended the infamous "3-C schools at Cochise, Cocopah, and Chaparral, a tradition that her children are currently carrying on. Lisa served on the Cochise APT board planning 2-of the schools largest fundraising events. With firsthand knowledge of the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia neighborhoods and relationships within the local school systems, it makes Lisa an invaluable asset to any potential buyer or seller.

Lisa has strong generational ties to the real estate market. Her late father, Mark Heglie, was a pioneer in the commercial real estate industry in Arizona, Washington and the Midwest. Growing up in the ever-evolving and exciting world of real estate the seed was planted early for Lisa and she hung her license at Park Co Realtors, which was rated the #1 residential real estate company in the state of ND. It was in those early days of real estate, where Lisa formed her strong core values of honesty, commitment to excellence, dependability, and a superior work ethic. Prior to becoming an agent with Launch Real Estate, Lisa was in the hospitality and travel industry for over 20 years, ultimately owning her own business.
