About Lisa
Lisa helps her clients navigate the complexities of the San Francisco sales and rental markets with professionalism, enthusiasm, and results.

 

A San Francisco native, Lisa attended both Saint Ignatius College Prep and UC Berkeley. She began her real estate career working for United Dominion Realty Trust, overseeing the leasing and property management of over 300 residential units in San Francisco. Lisa also worked in the lending department at First Republic Bank for over 7 years as a senior analyst, focusing on underwriting complex loans involving multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the Bay Area. As a result of her wide client base, Lisa has experience leasing many different types of properties from apartments, to single family homes and condos, and most recently completed the lease-up of a new 42 unit condo development in Hayes Valley in 2020.

 

In addition to rentals, Lisa has experience in the San Francisco condo sales market helping clients on both the buying and selling side. Her extensive knowledge of the local rental market brings a unique value to her clients during sales transactions, especially for clients interested in purchasing real estate as an investment.
