"We first met Lisa Minuto in May of 2021. We were looking for a condo or co-op for our daughter who is disabled. We had quite a few parameters because of her disability. Lisa was unbelievably helpful and patient. We looked at so many places and so often what was listed turned out to not be what was shown. Lisa never gave up. We had put in so many offers on different places and for one reason or another, we just missed out on securing those properties. Lisa must have put on so many miles on her car in our search. But, she never let us feel like we were annoying her, even though I am sure that at times we must have been.

Just as importantly, Lisa worked vigilantly representing us when we finally did find a place. The seller tried to get us to split something with her that she was required to fix long ago, as per the Homeowner's Association. Lisa, was relentless in explaining that we had no responsibility in sharing that cost. We would work with Lisa again in a NY minute. We were so lucky and happy to have found such a knowledgeable and kind agent. I must confess, that we will miss seeing her smiling face :)
