Lisa Farringer Parker is a second generation Arizonan. She grew up in Paradise Valley where she currently lives with her husband, Vernon B. Parker, the former mayor. She has seen firsthand the spectacular growth and changes in the Phoenix area real estate market. She is familiar with the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Biltmore and Central Phoenix markets.
