After earning a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa, Lisa went to work as a management consultant. She credits her education and former career with developing her ability to understand and relate to different personality styles and motivations. Lisa is a highly skilled negotiator able to drive consensus among multiple stakeholders, and she thrives on being a calm, clear-headed guide for her clients. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Lisa lived throughout the country before making Houston her home in 2005. As a result, she experienced the real estate process as a client numerous times and knows which attributes are essential.
