About Lisa

Lisa Strnad, a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee, has built a business on dedication, communication, determination, and trust, and she adapts to her clients’ real estate needs. A transplanted Nashvillian for over a decade, her knowledge of Nashville and the surrounding areas can help assist you in all your Real Estate endeavors, whether selling or buying a home.

 

A native “SoCal girl”, Lisa, has helped several hundred clients reach their real estate goals and has grown a successful business here in Nashville since 2016. She has been one of the top-performing Realtors in the State of TN and has been recognized each year since 2018 by the Williamson County Association of Realtors for her excellent performance.

 

She specializes in residential real estate, with an emphasis on helping people relocate to Nashville from the West Coast, listing luxury properties, helping those wishing to downsize, and working with first-time homebuyers.

 

Lisa, her husband Dave, their two sons, and their goldendoodle live in Franklin, TN. The Strnad family are active members of the St. Mother Teresa Parish in Nolensville, and they enjoy serving others through many of the sponsored events.
