About Lisa

Hi! I'm Lisa Swint,

I've called Hendersonville home my entire life. Many of you remember me from my 25 years with Coldwell Banker, and while the logo on my sign has changed over the years to Parks and now Compass RE my commitment to this community is still the same.

Long before I became a Broker, I was a "Hendersonville girl" who just loved houses. By the time I was 29 my husband and I had already bought and sold eight of my own homes-I guess you could say real estate has always been in my DNA...my dad was even an architect.

After studying at the O'More College of Design, I spent years flipping homes, renting homes and learning the ins and outs of construction, color and what actually makes a house feel like a home. That background is what I bring to my clients at Compass RE everyday. Whether I'm helping a seller stage their living room to get the best offer or helping a buyer see the hidden potential in a fixer-upper, I'm right there with my clients.

I specialize in lake homes, new construction and luxury properties across Middle Tennessee including Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville and Greater Nashville. But for me, it's never just about the transaction...It's about the relationships.

I'm a long-time member of Hendersonville Church of Christ and when I am not working you'll using find me out the lake, gardening, sewing, or just spending time with my family.
