Since 2008, I’ve helped homeowners across South Minneapolis and the South Metro—including Richfield, Bloomington, Edina, Burnsville, Savage, Shakopee, Eagan, and Apple Valley—navigate three common transitions: rightsizing, downsizing, and estate home sales.

I guide clients through housing options, packing and moving logistics, and plans for a successful home sale all at a pace that feels right.

For estate home sales, especially when families live out of town, I serve as a trusted local advocate—coordinating vendors, clean-outs, repairs, and when the home is ready, execute a strategic marketing plan for a smooth and successful sale.

With an MBA in Marketing, GRI designation, and professional staging training, I bring proven strategy to every sale. I also host “Downsizing Made Easy” seminars because informed clients make confident decisions.
