In 2020, Lisa LaRue made the exciting move from California to Tennessee, quickly falling in love with the vibrant community of Franklin. Witnessing the growth of the area’s downtown neighborhoods, Lisa felt inspired to be part of that development and to help others navigate their own transitions. With firsthand experience of relocation and a deep passion for connecting with people, Lisa offers a unique blend of strategic insight and genuine care to make every move as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Lisa joined COMPASS in 2022, drawn by the company’s innovative approach and strong sense of community. Known for her eye for design, her intuition for remodel potential, and her “trust the process” mindset, Lisa is a client favorite who is dedicated to making her clients’ dreams a reality. Her background in managing a vineyard in San Luis Obispo, combined with a degree in International Relations from Oral Roberts University, allows her to approach each transaction with critical thinking, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication. Lisa continues to enhance her expertise through ongoing education with the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Lisa is a proud wife and mother to five children, and she is passionate about giving back through her volunteer work with People Loving Nashville and various local food drives. An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new cultures and recently hiked Machu Picchu, explored the pyramids in Egypt, and went art hunting in Italy.
