Charlotte Plute

I moved to Gretna, LA, in 1977. After my parents passed away, I bought my childhood home with my husband and two kids. I graduated from Archbishop Blenk High School, received a BA from Southeastern University, and eventually earned my Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of New Orleans. After graduating, I leveraged my expertise as a sales representative for a bank, and then as a Marketing Manager for a Spirit and Wine Company. I was fortunate to travel throughout the United States in this role. After 12 years, the company relocated my position to another state, so I decided to work at my children's school. Once they started high school, I made a huge career change and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Louisiana. Now, both my children attend a local university on full scholarships. Aside from my career, I have contributed my time as a Girl Scout leader and as an active Boy Scout Committee Member. My son achieved the Eagle Scout Rank in 2024. I enjoy traveling, arts crafts, reading, volunteering at events, and spending time with family and friends. I am very familiar with buying and selling property. My husband and I have been in the rental property business and flipping homes for over 20 years.
