I didn’t take the traditional path to real estate. My entrepreneurial journey started with launching my headlight business, but it was the challenge of passing the real estate exam—after 11 attempts—that truly tested my grit. It was a hard-won victory, but it taught me the value of persistence and the importance of never backing down, no matter how steep the climb..

In addition to my real estate work, I also founded The Dominguez Agency, where I’m an insurance agent with Magnolia Home and Auto. I’m all about helping people protect what matters most, and I’m proud to offer that same commitment to every real estate client..

I also created Lito's Dream Homes Foundation, which is all about giving back and supporting the community. From raising money for local animal shelters to hosting 5Ks and real estate mixers, our foundation is involved in a variety of events that help bring people together and support causes that matter.
