About Liv
Born in Germany and raised in New Jersey, Liv moved to Rhode Island in 2008 when she attended The University of Rhode Island. Ever since she vacationed in the Ocean State as a little girl, she knew this would be her forever home. Liv received her B.S. in Kinesiology and has been a Health and Physical Education teacher for several years in Providence and Jamestown Schools.
Liv is an active person with hobbies from the mountains to the sea. In the summer you can find her on the water, fishing, sailing, boating, or rafting up with family and friends. In the winter months, she is skiing, traveling to her homeland, Iceland, or cooking up a feast.
Liv found a passion for real estate early on when she began managing her multifamily properties and buying and selling homes. From her first rental to her first sale, and with each deal after that, the excitement that comes from helping clients realize a dream is what makes Liv passionate about real estate. She finds enjoyment in studying the real estate marketplace, which then provides the confidence and knowledge to her clients that they have chosen the right real estate professional for them. The journey of selling and buying a property is a personal one, and Liv values the chance she is given to partake in building that lifelong relationship with those she works with.
Liv currently resides in Jamestown, Rhode Island with her husband Glenn and their son Sven.
