Lelly Wu

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the real estate industry, Lelly’s interest in real estate was established at an early age, After multiple transactions buying and selling properties she discovered her passion for real estate investment as an Airbnb Superhost and specialist in mid-term corporation rental. In 2022, she launched her vacation rental business, Nestly Housing LLC, and wants to help more people achieve their goals in the real estate industry.

Along her academic journey, Lelly studied Media and Communication at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and continued her education at the University of Washington in Seattle. She believes this rich and diverse cultural background brings a global perspective and excellent communication skills to her real estate career. As a bilingual agent, Lelly is fluent in both English and Mandarin. With strong real estate investment experience, Lelly works to help her clients build and expand their success in real estate, both with primary residences and investment properties. Lelly’s well-rounded professional expertise has honed her skills in customer service, remodeling, and staging properties, as well as marketing homes on multiple platforms.

When not engaged in real estate, Lelly lives in Driftwood, nestled within the Hill Country in Southwest Austin. She enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, Chenhao Jin, their beloved Corgi Luna, and German Shepherd Mamori.
