About Liz

Liz Atlan was born in New York and graduated from Boston University with a B.A. Art History. Her background in art & design has given Liz a sharp eye for detail, a trait her clients cherish, along with her honesty and affable personality. Liz has lived in South Beach since 2005. She has a deep love of Miami’s diverse colorful neighborhoods, including Miami Beach, Morningside, Buena Vista, Bal Harbour, the Venetian Islands.

Liz has strong family connections to Turkey, and Istanbul has been her home away from home for many summers. As a result, she’s developed a network of Turkish clients who have purchased investment properties, vacation homes, and permanent residences in Miami.

As a mother of two teenage girls, Liz is knowledgeable about local schools, youth activities, and places for families to enjoy time together. Her international clientele benefits from that expertise as she helps make their transition to a new city as seamless as possible. “I take the time to know my clients and their families, and I help them to meet their needs and realize their dreams,” Liz says. “It’s a big responsibility, but it’s what I love the most about being a real estate agent.”

Liz also works diligently with sellers to market their properties with style, intelligence, and the appropriate cachet. “It starts with the right pricing, tasteful staging, great photography, and videography,” she says. “But it’s also about being available to work hand in hand not only with the seller but also with buyers and other agents.”

Liz is part of the Geane Brito Group, a team of dynamic professionals who are fully immersed in the mission of helping everyone find their place in the world. “There’s a synchronicity in the environment — among agents, staff, and clients — that really makes it unique,” Liz says. She loves using the innovative digital tools developed to perfectly curate collections for her clients.

Outside of work, Liz’s happy places are the pottery studio and the beach. Her loft in the SoFi (south of 5th Street) district is steps away from South Pointe Park, where she likes to gather with friends for sunrise yoga and sunset picnics.
