"Liz is the only realtor you should contact to find you a home or sell your existing home. She not only has the quiet confidence that eludes many agents, but she also is a great LISTENER, who only contacts you with properties that connect with your criteria, and she continuously works on your behalf. She does not try to convince you that you should go in a different direction, and gives very honest feedback and in a timely manner. She has a patient approach, that again alludes many agents. When we moved here, we reached out to listing agents numerous times, and would not get callbacks. "I canāt say enough good things about Liz! We just closed on our house yesterday and I immediately wanted to tell everyone how wonderful she was to work with! My fiancĆ© and I were looking for our first house and had no clue on what we wanted! I joked about wanting a walkable neighborhood, but since there were so few in our search area, I did not think it would ever happen.
