Liz Freire

Liz Freire is a dynamic people manager with over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is known for her strategic leadership, exceptional communication skills, and ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Liz began her career as a real estate assistant, where she worked with some of the most exclusive real estate agents and luxury property buyers and sellers in the region. After 7 years of working for one of the top luxury teams in Miami-Dade County, she decided to go into a corporate role at Sotheby’s where she led and developed the Listing and Transactions Team and later joined the Sales Management Team. In early 2018 she made the move to Compass joining the Agent Experience Team. Through her leadership, the team was able to become the #1 ranked team for customer service in the entire country.

Liz is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate market. She stays up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments and is able to use this knowledge to guide and develop teams to maximize their potential.
