Liz Quirk

Liz Quirk has been a part of Chicago's real estate industry for over a decade with an impressive track record that includes working on two high rise lease-up projects downtown. Her passion for real estate began renting walk-ups throughout Chicago's North side, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in multifamily and investment properties.

She has since become an authority in the luxury high-rise market downtown with extensive knowledge of each building's distinct features. Her early success in rentals naturally led to helping clients becoming first time home buyers. She draws from her own knowledge as a homeowner to personalize each client’s home buying experience.

Liz brings unmatched relocation insight, shaped by years of personal experience moving throughout Chicago. Raised between Glen Ellyn and Martin County, Florida, she attended DePaul University and has been living in the city ever since. From Old Town to the West Loop, Liz has firsthand knowledge of life in many Chicago neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, Uptown, Portage Park, Old Irving Park, and River North.

Her passions outside of real estate include design, art, and cars. When she's not working Liz loves to spend time with her goldendoodle, unwind with yoga, or indulge in a good book.
