As this was my first home, I was not at all familiar with the home buying process, but Liz was extremely knowledgeable and patient and fully explained the process so I knew what to expect. She knows the DC market very well and was able to find me a home in an ideal location for my needs. I travel often and Liz was always able to work around my schedule and find time to show me homes when it was convenient for me. She would offer to go and view homes for me when I was not available. Liz was a big help during the offer and negotiation process, as we were dealing with a difficult seller. She helped me navigate multiply-offer situations and helped me get a home I love! 5 stars does not do this woman justice, and I'm not exaggerating. Liz is amazing at what she does because she puts her client first no matter what, from the big things to the little things. She does a fantastic job of determining a client's needs and wants, both conscious and subconscious, and then takes a strategic approach to actualizing everything. Liz is a rapid trouble-shooter, and anticipates issues extremely well. Her knowledge of the DC metro area is incredible, and she is a fantastic guide for clients through the complexities of home-buying.
