Liz Perdigon

As a resident of Coral Gables for the past 20 years, Liz Perdigon has experienced the many ups and downs of the real estate market. Liz’s down-to-earth personality and knowledge of the neighborhoods and markets has given her a long list of satisfied clients over the years. Her business approach is direct and honest. She listens to her client’s needs and works tirelessly to match them with the property that meets all of their needs and desires. Liz has been part of the Riley Smith Group since 2010.

Liz is extremely knowledgeable as to all facets of buying and selling homes. Prior to transitioning into the residential real estate industry, Liz was with Ocwen Federal Bank in West Palm Beach where she worked as a loan processer, underwriter, and processing manager. Her background in finance helps her to provide invaluable guidance to her clients throughout the transaction.

She is married to Rob Perdigon of Perdigon Title Services, one of the most successful real estate title companies in South Florida. Liz’s personal and professional experience gives her unique insight into the possible complications (as well as solutions!) that can arise when buying or selling a home.

Liz is a native Floridian. She grew up in Tampa and earned her degree in Communications from The University of South Florida. She has 2 amazing, grown children, Olivia and Spencer. Liz and her husband are active members of Coral Reef Yacht Club and can often be found there for dinner and drinks, or out on their boat with their families and friends.
