With nearly four decades of experience, Liz Piccolomini has been a cornerstone of success in California’s real estate market. She began her career in 1986 in Rancho Cucamonga where she honed her skills. Liz has served in various roles throughout her tenure, including agent, sales manager, and senior leadership positions of general manager and director of operations.
A licensed broker since 1998, Liz has worked for some of the most well-known real estate firms. Most recently, Liz has spent the past seven years with Compass, where she has played a pivotal role in building the company into the #1 brokerage in San Diego, achieving top market share for the past five consecutive years.
