As a second-generation real estate entrepreneur, Liza brings a diverse and extensive set of skills to the brokerage industry. She began her career as a multifamily developer and managed all marketing related programs for the portfolio.  Liza’s commitment to her clients coupled with her marketing vision and industry expertise provides a fresh and unique perspective, virtually ensuring her clients achieve their real estate goals. Liza is the co-founder of The Scout Residential Team and a founding agent on Long Island, leading a team of 16 dynamic and cutting-edge agents. Liza was recently named one of the 2024 Long Island Board of Realtors' 20 Rising Stars. Graduating summa cum laude from Lasell College in Boston, Massachusetts, with a degree in merchandising and business, Liza’s keen vision and business acumen are the backbone of her successful career. She is an avid supporter of many local charities, including the Nassau Suffolk Autism Society of America and the Sid Jacobson JCC.

 

Liza is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in five states: New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, and Ohio.  She is also a licensed Community Association Manager in Florida and a Notary Public. Liza resides in Roslyn with her husband, three children, and three dogs.
