About Lizzy

Lizzy Caldwell has been a Realtor since 2011. As a Nashville native, she has intimate and long-term knowledge of the local real estate market. She is experienced in representing both buyers and sellers in the Middle Tennessee area. She has experience in a wide variety of real estate scenarios including; first time home buyers, buying for growing families, liquidating real estate assets for retirement, relocations, downsizing, new construction purchases, negotiating multiple offers, and land deals.

Lizzy is a full service agent. Seller services include managing the marketing, contract negotiation, and closing of your residential property listing. Buyer services include coordination of your home search, negotiation of the contract, coordination and negotiation of home inspection, appraisal and repairs, as well as, accompanying you to final walk through and closing. She is also experienced in residential leasing.

Her past experience includes commercial property management, as well as contract negotiation, transaction management, and supervision of day to day operations for one of Nashville's top producing real estate agents.

Lizzy and her husband, Fletcher Caldwell, work together as a team. They live in Crieve Hall with their daughter, Rosie, and son, Willie. She enjoys yoga, hiking, fishing and any other outdoor activity.
