As VP of Penson Development following Studley, he managed some of the very first luxury loft conversions in NYC while also managing the building of the 23-story luxury condo L'Isola at 157 East 32nd St..
Named EVP of Foreston Development, Lloyd oversaw the development, design and build of the 22 story, 36 unit condo, Le'Chambord at 350 East 72nd St, followed by another Costas Kondylis designed conversion at the 23 story 1049 Fifth Avenue on the corner of 5th Avenue and 86th St., at the time the only condo on the famed Fifth Avenue.
In 1990 Lloyd headed to Hollywood produced a number of feature films and in 2002 returning to northern CA. was recruited by the Global Luxury Division of Coldwell Banker in San Francisco as Sr. Global Advisor to expand international presence.
Lloyd represented local, international and celebrity clients in luxury purchases in both N.Y., CA. and internationally. He established Lloyd Silverman and Friends as a bespoke design and build arm to service his clientele both from refreshing to completely renovating some of San Francisco's most elegant homes.
Lloyd is licensed in N.Y. & CA. and is a member of REBNY, the National Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and The Marin Association of Realtors. He was Visiting Lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis for 2 years and advises a select group of national and international developers, agents and investors specializing in repositioning, messaging (story design and distribution) and elevating brand awareness across platforms.
He is the proud father of two amazing daughters, a writer, painter and well collected photographer. He is a supporter of the ACLU, Earth Justice, Greenpeace, St. Jude's and JNF.
