Kevin and Randall have extensive experience with new construction, historic renovation, and the intricacies of buying in a condo community. Intown real estate is their specialty; however, they conduct transactions outside the city as well (thank you Google Maps!).
Kevin is originally from North Carolina and holds a business degree with a concentration in Marketing. After college, he lived in Florida and then moved to Atlanta where he was drawn to Morningside, a neighborhood where he has lived for the past 30 years. He enjoyed a 13-year career with Verizon Wireless where he held a successive number of positions in sales and marketing. He began his real estate career in 2003 and has closed hundreds of transactions earning the status of Top Producer in the Atlanta real estate market for over 15 years. He focuses on making his clients’ real estate transactions smooth and seamless. Both buyers and sellers benefit from his local expertise and vast experience. Kevin knows the ins and outs of the Atlanta market better than anyone.
Randall graduated top of his class from the University of Dayton with a degree in Marketing and then moved from Ohio to Atlanta to work at Turner Broadcasting. He obtained an MBA from Emory University and began a successful 10-year career managing BellSouth's Internet Service. In 2005 he left his corporate career and followed his passion for real estate, consistently achieving Top Producer status. For 28 years he has lived-in (and fully restored) a home in Ansley Park, which is now on the Historic Registry. When not assisting buyers and sellers, Randall can be found enjoying a festival, dining on the patio at a local restaurant or walking his 100 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback (the self-proclaimed Princess) through Piedmont Park and Midtown. Another of Randall’s passions is cars--both modern and classic. He enjoys an eco-friendly plug-in hybrid SUV for comfortable client drives, a restored 1969 Pontiac Firebird convertible for cruising to the Starlight drive-in, and a 1955 Chevy work truck for weekly treks to Home Depot for home and garden supplies.
