About Logan

I grew up in Lewisville, North Carolina, just west of Winston Salem, and graduated from Reagan High School before attending NC State University. There, I earned a BS in Human Biology in 2024, drawn to science for the way it challenges you to think critically and understand how things work.

While at NC State, I discovered a passion for volleyball through playing on the men’s club team and serving as a practice player for the Division I women’s team, which eventually led me into coaching. The sport became a defining part of my college experience and continues to influence how I approach teamwork and leadership.

In 2023, I joined a research lab at the Duke Molecular Physiology Institute, where we studied the dietary effects on metabolic liver disease. That experience taught me how to approach complex situations thoughtfully and pay close attention to the details that matter most. My time in the lab really shaped how I approach situations every day: thinking analytically, having a high attention to detail, and being very thorough.

After graduating, my fiancƩe and I moved to the Durham and Morrisville area, and the process of searching for our first apartment sparked my interest in real estate. I found myself genuinely enjoying evaluating properties, researching communities, and reviewing contracts, which made the transition into real estate feel like a natural next step.

In the fall of 2025, I decided to pursue real estate full time and joined the Sold By Starkey team at Compass. With the support and experience of Kevin and Amanda Starkey, my clients can feel confident knowing they are well represented every step of the way.

Outside of work, you can catch me on the volleyball court, both as a player and a coach, spending time fishing, and working on woodworking projects. Buying or selling a home can be a major life moment, and my goal is to be a steady, reliable resource throughout the process. If you are considering making a move, I would love the opportunity to help guide you with care and confidence
