As a San Francisco resident since 1986, Loida has intimate and extensive knowledge of the City’s diverse neighborhoods. Ranging from Noe/Eureka Valley and the Mission to Bernal Heights, NOPA, Hayes Valley, and the Sunset, Loida has assisted clients in the listing and sale of properties throughout the City.
Drawing from her previous career in visual art and education, Loida brings creative solutions and a tenacious dedication to each of her client’s specific requirements. Loida began her real estate career in 2001. In 2023 she joined the Aimee Arost Team at Compass, the largest brokerage in San Francisco, in order to provide their superior resources and support to her and her clients.
