About Brooke
Brooke Kromer has found her forever home on 30A! She is passionate about the Emerald Coast, loves every minute of finding her Buyers their dream home, and cherishes building relationships along the way!
 
Moving every couple of years of her life due to the NFL allowed Brooke to see the country and appreciate what makes 30A so special. She grew up living along 30A every NFL off-season and decided to move home to sell in her beloved beach town in 2019. 

Brooke has helped many families find their second homes, vacation rentals, and primary homes! Investors are highly impressed with the phenomenal returns that 30A properties provide when bringing in rental income or flipping homes.
