A native to San Diego, Loren grew up in Solana Beach, attended Torrey Pines High School, and went on to graduate from the University of San Francisco with a major in Marketing. Shortly after graduation, she launched her own property management company in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Loren’s business thrived, where she was able to successfully manage dozens of properties, presiding over hundreds of short and long term rental transactions in the time she spent in Cabo.
Loren’s next endeavor was working for a large San Diego advertising agency before moving to San Jose, CA, to accept a prestigious job as a Senior Project Manager for Liquid Agency, which is a leading brand agency in Silicon Valley. While there, Loren created successful branding campaigns for some of Liquid’s top hi-tech accounts, including Intuit®, Microsoft® and Adobe®.
After returning home to San Diego and settling in Encinitas, Loren again tapped her entrepreneurial impulse in the fashion and design industry by creating a kids clothing line that earned immediate acclaim online and in retail stores. While utilizing her skills in marketing, Loren soon expanded the business to stylish doll clothes for the American Girl®, and became a top seller on Etsy with a loyal and rabid fan base.
After raising two kids, Loren turned her eye for design and marketing to the real estate industry. She has had a major role in several renovations, including her own home, with diverse styles including minimalist, contemporary, mid-century modern, and modern farmhouse, which have resonated with the local real estate community. Loren’s experience in home design and renovation has resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars of increased resale value for multiple local homes. After urging from real estate professionals, Loren acquired her real estate license and is turning her skills in marketing and design to help local home sellers maximize their sales price and marketing reach, as well as to help buyers discover and connect with a home to make it their own.
