Before entering real estate, she successfully built and operated a property management company overseeing dozens of homes and hundreds of rental transactions, while later leading branding and marketing initiatives for nationally recognized companies including Intuit, Microsoft, and Adobe. This experience translates directly into strong negotiation skills, strategic marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of how to position homes for maximum market exposure.
With extensive experience in home renovation and design, Loren also helps sellers strategically prepare homes for market to maximize home value while helping buyers recognize long-term potential and opportunity.
In addition to real estate, Loren has served as President of her local HOA Board for more than a decade, giving her specialized expertise in HOA communities, governing documents, reserve planning, assessments, and the unique considerations buyers and sellers should understand when purchasing within managed communities.
