About Lorena
Lorena was born and raised in New York leading her to appreciate a fast paced and culturally diverse environment. Prior to her real estate career, Lorena spent 15 successful years in sales and property management. She quickly became a top producing agent and together with her husband and team partner, Saulo Espaillat, became the top producing team at their prior brokerage in 2018. The keys to her success are attributed to her deep understanding of her clients’ specific goals and timelines. She adds value by giving guidance on calculated risks, providing creative solutions, and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ success.
While in college, she decided to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer due to her passion for people and fitness. Lorena earned a BA in Marketing and Advertising in under three years.
On her free time she is spending time with her two children and husband, reading, training for races, and taking fitness classes. She has a devotion to her faith and is director of the children’s ministry in her local church.
