Lori DiFerdinando

Lori DiFerdinando is known as being professional and diligent, but also fun, friendly, and savvy. As a Bucks and Montgomery County lifelong native, she has an intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make her home, your home. Lori has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014, and has since accumulated numerous credentials including being named a Top Producer by Philadelphia Magazine, Top 5% of Agents Globally, and has been certified as a Corporate Relocation Specialist. 

You could say that real estate is part of her – Lori’s family has been in the business for many years. Surrounded by industry experts, Lori quickly found the challenge and opportunity that comes with working in this career calling to her, and she hasn’t looked back since! Lori has the ability to adjust to any situation and quickly solve any problem thrown her way. She thrives on the entire process of listing a home or finding a new home for her clients and then seeing the final tangible result – ecstatic clients that are ready to take on their next adventure!

Lori feeds off of the fluid and exciting, challenging, and energizing attributes that her real estate career offers. She is competitive by nature and extremely detail-oriented, she works her hardest to find forever homes, but not without having a little fun! She truly wants her clients to have the best and most seamless experience possible. Lori also offers invaluable staging advice, is highly skilled in negotiating (one of her favorite parts of the job), and continues to achieve the maximum investment for her clients in the shortest amount of time.

Not only is Lori competitive in her career, but also on the green. As an avid golfer, she was named the former  Ladies First Team Captain of Cedarbrook Country Club and she is a proud member of the United States Golf Association (USGA). She also served as the Rules Chairperson on the Women’s Board and is currently Chair for Cedarbrook Ladies Bridge Board.  Lori takes these leadership qualities and ethics that are important in not only the game of golf but in her daily real estate business.

When Lori is not with her clients, you can find her strolling through Doylestown in the evenings with her husband, grabbing sushi from Kumo, and ending the night with some dark chocolate or ice cream from Nona’s. She loves to spend time with her three rescue dogs and her two children that were born and raised right in Bucks County. Lori is extremely passionate about local charities like NAMI, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery County, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
