About Lori
Lori Fanning Smith has over 30 years of real estate experience and will put her extensive local knowledge to work for you on Cape Cod. Lori started her real estate career in 1991, working at Hunneman and Co./Coldwell Banker in Brookline and Newton. In 1994 Lori moved back to Chatham to join the family real estate business, Pine Acres Realty. In 2004, Lori and her business partner Chris Rhinesmith purchased the company, and have been the top-producing office in Chatham for over 22 years. Their ability to adapt and change with the markets resulted in their affiliation with Compass in 2019. Local roots and Compass technology and national reach have been a winning combination. Consistently in the top five agents in Chatham, she is interested in establishing long-term real estate relationships and specializes in renovation and new construction.
