After earning her MSW from NYU, Lori honed her negotiation skills while working in managed health care. As a private consultant, Lori represented Fortune 500 insurance companies in negotiations with doctors, premiere hospitals, and ancillary facilities to arbitrate multimillion dollar contracts. Conversely, she was also tasked with the responsibility to represent doctors and medical facilities in negotiating rates and contracts. She worked in cooperation with Medicare and Medicaid and successfully mediated contracts up to $75 million for numerous fortune 500 insurance companies. Lori is no stranger to the high the pressures of compromise. This unique ability to represent both sides of the deal without prejudice serves her well in her burgeoning real estate endeavors.
An Upper East Side resident, Lori thrives on the energy of the city and relishes the opportunity to share her knowledge with fellow New Yorkers. As a homeowner in Manhattan and the Hamptons, Lori appreciates every minute with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she is involved in a wide variety of activities ranging from travel to skiing, and exercise.
