Lotte and Sarah are a super dynamic team of world-class REALTOR®s with a deep knowledge of the unique, high-stakes luxury market in San Francisco and Marin County. Lotte Moore and Sarah Kowalczyk are members of Top Agent Network and were Partners and Top Producers at McGuire Real Estate. A native of Denmark, Lotte has been living in San Francisco and Marin for the past 30 or so years. She has a strong background in sales and spent her first 13 years in United States setting up sales and sales distribution throughout most of the United States for a uxury Danish wholesale company. She has a solid and proven track record and has been a consistent top producer throughout her sales career.

With her European background, she brings a strong sense of commitment, passion, and loyalty to everything with which she becomes involved. Her extensive sales experience has helped her develop an excellent sense of service and negotiations - she knows how to listen, follow through, and deliver results. She is a natural dealmaker, and has a personable approach to negotiation, without ever losing sight of the desired end result.

Lotte lived in Sausalito, Pacific Heights, Mill Valley, Sonoma and San Rafael. She understands all the different aspects of selecting beautiful and family friendly environment to call home whether it is a Pacific Heights mansion or a casual chic Marin home. Owning property in both Copenhagen and the Bay Area Lotte brings an international sense of style and design to real estate.

Lotte is very social and outgoing, and she is an avid runner and road cyclist. She loves the outdoors and can give you updated information on any trail in Marin County. With her light-hearted sense of humor, she will guide you through your transactions with comfort and solid guidance and make your real estate transaction a surprisingly pleasant and rewarding experience. Lotte serves on the board of the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
