She has earned the esteemed title of Associate Broker in Virginia, and serves as a Senior Vice President at Compass Real Estate, a testament to her expertise and leadership within the industry. Katie received her MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University in 1999, and brings with her a wealth of experience in strategy consulting.

Louisa Gilson Davis:  A native to the D.C. metropolitan area, Louisa is licensed to practice real estate in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. She has lived in Arlington and Fairfax for most of her life and has spent time working in Washington, D.C., including on Capitol Hill. Louisa began her career in real estate when she was 24, and she uses her homegrown knowledge of and passion for Northern Virginia and the D.C. metro area to help each of her clients meet their distinct goals.
