Louis A. McCall II is the Founding Principal of Ridgeline Partners at Compass, a luxury real estate team serving Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the broader northeast Valley corridor. Known for his hands-on approach and deep market expertise, Louis brings a level of precision and client focus that defines every transaction his team touches.

His path to real estate began in an unlikely place — the music industry, where he spent seven years as an award-winning promotions manager. That background sharpened instincts for client relationships, brand positioning, and high-stakes negotiation that translated directly into real estate. He launched his career with custom home sales in Atlanta's prestigious suburbs, then expanded into luxury condominium sales in Buckhead, managing the residential component of a mixed-use green development in one of the city's most coveted districts.

After relocating to Arizona, Louis established himself across the Scottsdale market before anchoring his practice in the northeast Valley. Over the course of his career here, he has built deep expertise in the communities that define the corridor — Fountain Hills, Fire Rock, Eagle's Nest, and the broader Scottsdale and Paradise Valley luxury market. His work spans high-end residential representation, custom home transactions, and advisory services for the kind of discerning buyers and sellers who expect more than access — they expect insight.

Most recently, Louis served as COO and co-owner of MCO Realty, one of Fountain Hills' longest-standing brokerages, where he modernized operations and elevated the firm's market positioning during a key period of transition. That chapter closed with the launch of Ridgeline Partners at Compass — a team built from the ground up to deliver a higher standard of luxury representation.

Louis holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and has been a consistent presence in organized real estate leadership. He is a Past President of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, currently serves as Region 4 Vice President of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and holds a seat as a NAR Director.

Outside of real estate, Louis is a member of the Phoenix Suns Charities 88 and remains actively committed to the Valley community. His passion for travel, international cuisine, art, and architecture informs both his design sensibility and his understanding of what today's luxury buyer is truly looking for.
