About Louise
Native Houstonian Louise Turner Carter proves that hard work is the foundation of a successful real estate career. Louise knows her city's neighborhoods and, with firm determination, has turned that insider's knowledge into expertise for her clients. Previously a licensed Escrow Officer, Louise is familiar with all aspects of a real estate transaction, from the home search to the minute details of the closing process.
