About Louise
Louise is a native of Monroe, Georgia, a small town just outside of Atlanta. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
When people first meet Louise, they are immediately at ease. She has a love of Intown Atlanta neighborhoods, their individual personalities and the special residences within them. Having lived in charming communities like Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Garden Hills and currently in historic Decatur, she has lived the Intown lifestyle, resulting in deep knowledge of this complex marketplace.
A Realtor since 2000, Louise began working alongside a top-producing salesperson in the high-end Atlanta residential market. Beginning in 2014, she spent several years with a focus in new construction and home development. She now merges her knowledge of both resale, historic and new construction marketplaces alongside Jim Getzinger & Co. at Compass.
Louise lives just off the downtown Decatur square with her daughter, Frances and their sweet pup, Mila.
