"Where do I start? I owe quite a lot to a close friend and incredible real estate agent, louise leach. My husband and two daughters and I were bursting at the seam in a house of 12 years that we had outgrown. Louise led us through the process of prepping, beautifying, staging our house, and guiding us around the streets of los angeles in hopes of finding our ādream homeā. She did quite a lot of behind the scenes prep work that was beyond the call of duty! She led us around various parts of echo park, silverlake, and eagle rock in the hopes of finding a space that met our various specifications and a seller whoād be willing to take a ācontingency on saleā- that is all our equity was held up in our house.
