Lu has extensive experience with buying and selling various types of properties, including estates, VA and second-tier VA homes, first-time homebuyers, relocations, house flips and renovations. He is also the co-owner of LC Designs, a property staging and art design company.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Lu is actively involved in community service. He is a member of the USO, Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross, and St. Vincent De Paul Charities, and is affiliated with Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church.
Lu services areas across Southwest Louisiana, including Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, Sulphur, Westlake, Carlyss, and Iowa. He also personally serves Tennessee, Texas, and Orange County, CA, and works with referral team members across the country to better serve his clients.
