Lucy's path into real estate began in 1994, right out of college, when she started her career with a property management firm in Boston. In 1998, she took a job with Fidelity Investments, where she worked for their in-house real estate group managing thousands of square feet of both leased and owned property. Her main focus was employee support — and it's where she learned to listen closely and anticipate the needs of everyone she worked with, from individual employees to company owners.

Today, she specializes in Cape Ann properties and takes a distinctive approach: marketing the lifestyle, not just the house. With 10 years of experience in helping her clients buy and sell real estate, she brings hands-on expertise to every transaction. Clients rely on her for clear communication, strong negotiating skills, and deep knowledge of the local market.

As an estate consultant, Lucy provides guidance well beyond the traditional real estate transaction. She works closely with clients from start to finish, helping them navigate every step of preparing a property for sale. For the past 22 years, Lucy has proudly called Cape Ann home, where she and her husband have raised their three children. Her firsthand knowledge of the community gives her clients valuable local insight and a genuine appreciation for the area's unique character.
