Lucy Perry

Lucy brokers real estate with a mix of honesty, creativity and grit. She loves the challenge of working with her clients to smoothly and successfully sell their property at a great price or to help her buyers find the home or investment of their dreams. In Lucy’s 15 year-long career in Brooklyn Real Estate, she has closed on over $200 million in sales rentals. Each deal was approached with a sincere dedication – whether selling a $9 million townhouse on a tree-lined street, or finding a lovely bright studio with a view! Graduating from Colby College and  Harvard Graduate School of Design, Lucy settled in Brooklyn in 1991 and began designing parks for the urban environment and gardens for homes outside of the city. It was here she honed her client service, attention to detail and project management skills. Her strong design sense and experience renovating her own home give her unique insights into the potential of a property. A Carroll Gardens resident with her architect husband and three sons, Lucy loves living in Brooklyn. She enjoys the ease and freedom of biking around and exploring what this wonderful borough has to offer. In her down time she loves a game of tennis, a movie, BAM, dinner with friends, or a home cooked meal with her family.
