In 2005, she was responsible for putting together a 56-acre sub-division, The Estates at Green Fields in Old Brookville, a $22,000,000 land acquisition and accomplished record-breaking new construction sales. In 2009, she spearheaded a successful sell-out of a 6-home subdivision project, Sunview Estates at Glen Cove. Ludmilla has marketed and sold some of the most luxurious properties in Old Brookville, Brookville, Upper Brookville, Muttontown, Oyster Bay Cove, Mill Neck, Lattingtown, Matinecock, Glen Head, Glen Cove, Sea Cliff, Locust Valley, and Old Westbury.
