About Lukas

Lukas is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. He works with sellers and buyers of all price points. Lukas, who currently resides in DC, grew up in downtown Silver Spring and attended school in Bethesda. He prides himself on being a local expert having lived and worked in the area for almost 30 years. Always willing to go the extra mile, Lukas personalizes every purchase to match the needs of his individual clients. His success is based on strong enduring relationships built on trust and respect. Lukas previously owned and managed a landscaping company. He worked with over three hundred clients in the DMV. In 2013 he helped organize a cross-country bike trip from DC to San Francisco. Upon completing this challenge he and his friends had raised over $20,000 for the Alzheimer's Association. Since 2020, Lukas and his team have donated more than $3,100 to the Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter. In 2019 he ran in the NYC Marathon raising over $2,500 for AKTIV Against Cancer. As a real estate agent, Lukas continues the tradition of giving. One hundred dollars from each of his sales are donated to the Alzheimer's Association, Bread Coin, or a charity of his client's choice.
