About Luke
With long standing and extensive ties in South Walton real estate, Luke Andrews joined Spears Group in 2022 with a vision of leveraging his deep local knowledge and real estate experience to create custom client experiences. Luke’s expertise with development and luxury home marketing coupled with his dedication to provide white glove service to his customers perfectly align with the business model and core values that define Spears Group.
Luke was born and raised in Walton County, and his family carries the distinct heritage of being pillars of this community since its inception in 1824. Throughout his childhood, he watched his dad develop unique projects along Historic 30A. He states, “I was born into development.” He has personally spearheaded multiple notable projects along 30A - from investor connections to the architecture and design.
Notable projects on 30A include Costa Blanca and The Crest at Blue Mountain Beach. Today, he draws from this rich real estate background and his love for the area to guide client ventures from raw land stage to completed creations. His unique skill set and unmatched knowledge of the 30A community well serve clients in successful real estate investing from start to finish.
He and his wife Suzanne love traveling and spending time on the beach. They devote coveted free time to activities on the beach and water with their three children.
